New year, new beginnings, new opportunities, new you …

Namaste, and a happy new year!

Are you feeling radiant? Are you feeling excited about new beginnings, new opportunities?

This new year started with a new moon, a rare occasion (last time we started the new year with a new moon was 19 years ago!).

New moon is all about new beginnings and fresh starts.

Is there something you would like to change in your life this year? What dreams would you like to see come to reality?

I would like to invite you to explore two questions:

1. What leaves me feeling nourished?

2. What leaves me feeling empty?

Now, I have a  dream: I would love to take you back to where it all started, in 2010, with Francis d’Angelo, to our luxury villa retreat in Tuscany.

As you all know, Francis had a major incident in 2011 which left him half way paralysed, but he is doing so much better and slowly getting ready to teach again.

What we would like to offer is a friend’s retreat in our Tuscan paradise, with Yoga Nidra and mantra chanting (by Francis) and Yoga, Dance and Creative Expression (by Carmen – yes, I am finally doing my Yoga teacher training and will be certified in June).

For food: we can either bring a fabulous raw food chef with us, or do self catering, cooking up a storm together in this fantastic kitchen, which would be great fun!

I would love to hear back from you, whether you are up for it, what you would put on your wish list, we could design this retreat together.

We need a minimum of 8 people for this to go ahead. The price will be a friends’ price, which means just splitting the costs, there will be no fee for my teaching or organising work.

The price works out between £600 and £800 (in September), with 2 people sharing a room, and less if 3 people share a room.

This price includes your accommodation in the fabulous villa with pool and tennis court, your yoga and meditations, your food (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Additional costs are flights and airport transfers, drinks and going out money if you want to explore more. It is recommended to leave a tip to the staff at the end of the stay (there is daily room service – cleaning).

(In 2010 I heavily subsidised the price, that’s why you got a break in paradise for only £500).

There is also a horse riding stable just on top of where we are, which was not open yet in 2010.

I am looking forward to your feedback.

It would be great to make this happen again this year!

Love and happiness to one and all,

Carmen
